- 5 years of experience with exposure to complex personal injury and / or 1st party property
- Prior experience preparing for / attending trial is a huge plus
- A proactive, take ownership type of personality that works well as a true member of the team
- Unsurpassed customer service skills
- The ability to work a file from inception through resolution
- Exceptional organizational, communication and calendaring skills
