Strategic Resilience Group (SRG) is seeking a Management Analyst to develop, analyze, evaluate, and enhance the efficiency of work methods, procedures, and organizational structures.
Position Responsibilities
- This role involves optimizing manpower utilization, streamlining work distribution, refining delegations of authority, strengthening management controls, and improving information and documentation systems to drive overall operational effectiveness.
Experience
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Requires a master’s degree and/or Ph.D.
- 12 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Familiar with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures. Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and independently perform a wide variety of complicated tasks. May provide consultation on complex projects and is the top-level contributor/specialist. May oversee and provide guidance to team members.
- Works closely in a team environment.
- Clearance - TS/SCI
