Strategic Resilience Group (SRG) is seeking Research Analysts/Assistants to define and formulate research and development objectives for assigned projects. This role involves designing or refining methodologies to address complex challenges, considering the capabilities and constraints of Defense systems, operational timelines, and desired outcomes.
Position Responsibilities
- Responsibilities include developing detailed specifications for research programs, overseeing program design, testing, and documentation, and ensuring the effective application of research analysis techniques. The ideal candidate possesses comprehensive technical knowledge of all phases of research application analysis and programming, with the ability to apply advanced analytical methods effectively.
Experience
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Requires a master’s degree
- 5-12 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Familiar with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures. Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Works closely in a team environment
- Clearance - TS/SCI
