Strategic Resilience Group (SRG) is seeking a Research Scientist to develop and implement new research objectives, establish project priorities, define methodologies, and execute studies.
Position Responsibilities
- This role involves providing scientific conclusions and interpretations, while driving the innovative application of research concepts, principles, and practices. The Research Scientist will contribute to the advancement of methods and techniques within Technical Area Tasks and possess expert knowledge and exceptional competence in one or more specialized technical focus areas.
Experience
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Requires a master’s degree and/or Ph.D.
- 12 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Familiar with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures. Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and independently perform a wide variety of complicated tasks. May provide consultation on complex projects and is the top-level contributor/specialist. May oversee and provide guidance to team members.
- Works closely in a team environment.
- Clearance - TS/SCI
