Strategic Resilience Group (SRG) is seeking a Training Analyst/Facilitator to conduct research for the development and revision of training courses, as well as preparing comprehensive training catalogs.
Position Responsibilities
- This role involves creating instructor materials (including course outlines, background materials, and training aids) and student materials (such as course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and course evaluation forms). The Training Analyst/Facilitator will also be responsible for delivering training to personnel through formal classroom courses, workshops, seminars, and/or computer-based training sessions.
Experience
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Requires a master’s degree and/or Ph.D.
- 12 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Familiar with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures. Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and independently perform a wide variety of complicated tasks. May provide consultation on complex projects and is the top-level contributor/specialist. May oversee and provide guidance to team members.
- Works closely in a team environment.
- Clearance - TS/SCI
