SRI is seeking committed and passionate professionals to provide critical CNIC Headquarters Family Readiness Program Analysis Services to the Navy's Fleet and Family Support Programs (FFSPs) designed to maximize the well-being of active duty, retirees, civilians (OCONUS) and their families.
Overview : We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced CNIC Headquarters Family Readiness Program Analyst to join our team. This critical role involves researching, developing, and implementing programs that support the readiness and well-being of military families across the Fleet and Family Support Program (FFSP). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in adult education or social sciences, combined with expertise in program analysis, policy development, and management. Tasks and Responsibilities : As a Family Readiness Program Analyst , you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive program analyses, developing standardized curricula, and implementing guidance for Family Readiness Programs. You will also play a key role in emergency preparedness and response, ensuring that all activities are aligned with relevant policies and regulations. Your insights and recommendations will be crucial in shaping the effectiveness and efficiency of programs that support military families.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Research directives and analyze data to prepare reports, briefings, and recommendations for the delivery of Family Readiness Programs.
- Develop standardized curricula and program implementation guidance to ensure Family Readiness Programs are current and relevant.
- Participate in emergency response exercises and implement emergency response plans as required.
- Facilitate FFSP participation in public awareness campaigns, such as Ready Navy.
- Assess the effectiveness of FFSP Family Readiness Programs and recommend adjustments to policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate with CNIC Headquarters Program Managers on the development of marketing plans and campaigns for Family Readiness Programs.
- Represent the CNIC Family Readiness Program Manager on certification teams, working groups, or assist visits as needed.
- Perform program analysis activities on Cross-Functional Team working groups to identify and address systemic issues.
- Manage and support CNIC databases, including the Ombudsmen Registry, as assigned.
