Overview : We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Expeditionary Combat Readiness Center (ECRC) Family Readiness Coordinator to join our team. This crucial role involves managing and coordinating family readiness programs that support Navy Individual Augmentees (IA) and their families. You will play a key role in ensuring that families are well-prepared and supported throughout the deployment cycle. Tasks and Responsibilities : As the ECRC Family Readiness Coordinator , you will manage and support various programs related to family readiness, including Volunteer, Ombudsmen, and Family Readiness Group (FRG) programs. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining training materials, providing technical support, and conducting mission analysis to ensure the effective delivery of services to IA families. Additionally, you will coordinate communication and support between various stakeholders and ensure that all relevant data is accurately collected and maintained.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Manage and support the Volunteer, Ombudsmen, and Family Readiness Group (FRG) programs, including coordinating training and maintaining bylaws and volunteer position descriptions.
- Conduct mission analysis to support IA members and their families throughout the deployment process.
- Develop and maintain IA support documents, including the IA Handbook and CIAC training materials.
- Liaise with Navy IA family support entities and ensure personnel accountability during emergency responses.
- Act as the point of contact for Navy IA families through the ECRC Family Readiness 24-7 Family Careline and email accounts.
- Collect, maintain, and disseminate data on Navy families to ensure effective support.
- Implement studies to assess productivity, effectiveness, and efficiency of Family Readiness Program operations.
- Provide technical support and coordination for ECRC Family Readiness training and informational briefs.
