Human Resources Clerk, Personnel Services Delivery Redesign (PSDR)

Overview: The US Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM) is seeking resources to provide Military Human Resources Support (MHRS) commonly referred to as “Personnel Services Delivery Redesign (PSDR)” to all supported and tenant units at the installations. This support includes services such as Electronic Military Personnel Office (eMILPO) operations, Soldier Readiness, Strength Management, Separations, Retirement Services, Reassignment Processing, Casualty and Mortuary Affairs Operations, In/Out Processing, Military Personnel File Maintenance, Military Orders, Sponsorship Management, and other MHRS services, along with associated Information Technology (IT) support for these tasks. This applies to all active duty Soldiers and select US Army Reserve (USAR) and US Army National Guard (USARNG), Students, and Trainees on the installation. High quality, timely, and efficient MHRS shall be provided to all eligible Soldiers, trainees, Retirees, and Family members. Also includes Identification (ID) card services for contractors and civilian employees. Actions processed shall be accurate and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Human Resource (HR) Solutions Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC).
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Provides general administrative services in support of Soldiers and their family members to include: military personnel records maintenance, Soldier Readiness Processing, Soldier promotions and evaluations, reassignment processing, ID cards, and briefings. Also responsible for other miscellaneous Soldier actions using military personnel governing regulations, manuals, directives, and experience with automated personnel systems such as eMILPO, Total Officer Personnel Management Information System (TOPMIS), Enlisted Distribution and Assignment System (EDAS), Interactive Personnel Electronic Records Management System (iPERMS), Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS)/Real-time Automated Personnel Identification System (RAPIDS), etc. May serve as a Verifying Official at installations that provide ID cards.
Duties include: creating, reviewing, correcting, and distribution of personnel records and documents; creation and dissemination of military orders; coordinating travel or moves; researching records, policy, directives, regulations and/or other military historical documents to verify accuracy of records or determine benefits eligibility; briefing or counseling Soldiers and/or their family in groups or individually; answering and screening telephone calls; receiving and assisting visitors; scheduling appointments or meetings; answering routine questions and resolving problems; possibly fielding inquiries from high-ranking officials and/or dignitaries. Ensure proper documentation for all actions are processed per Army Regulation and directives. Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills and handle a myriad of personnel actions with accuracy and in a timely manner.
