The program offers comprehensive support, clinical services, and technical guidance focused on child well-being.
Job Description:
- Collaborates with U.S. Border Patrol (USBP) Agents, Processing Coordinators, Caregivers, and medical staff to prioritize child well-being.
- Works closely with Child Well-Being Professionals to develop strategies for child well-being, addressing concerns and escalating issues when necessary.
- Provides expert advice on child well-being matters, ensuring seamless communication with external partners.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Serves as the primary point of contact for CWB Specialists, offering guidance, management, and supervision for their development and growth.
- Coordinates and facilitates connections across local, state, and federal resources to address complex child well-being cases.
- Promotes effective collaboration among teams, ensuring that all stakeholders share a common understanding of child well-being priorities.
- Develops and implements effective strategies to address child well-being challenges, working collaboratively with CWB Specialists and other teams.
- Fosters open communication channels, facilitating regular reporting and documentation from CWB Specialists on key initiatives and milestones.
- Serves as the primary liaison between USBP Sector Leadership and CWB Specialists, promoting mutual understanding and respect.
