Job Title: Business Execution Consultant (Migration support)
Role Type: W2 only
Duration: 12 months
Location: Charlotte, NC
Schedule: Onsite
Job Summary:
- This individual will join the existing product owner team for document management platforms, taking a leadership role for all migration efforts associated with the commercial banking line of business.
- The reporting chain will be through the Corporate & Investment Banking COO team where the product resides, but key stakeholders will be commercial banking line of business leaders and members.
- Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for business execution.
- Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted, larger-scale, or longer-term business execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
- Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
Required skills:
- Migration Support Resource to lead the migration to a new document management platform for Commercial Banking.
- Experience or familiarity with agile methodology, system implementations and cutovers, and document/content management platforms will differentiate this candidate from others.
