My client, a global integrated risk assessment firm, are looking for a Change and Training Manager to join their global operational effectiveness program. This will be an initial 18-month (W2) contract on a hybrid work basis.
Position Summary:
The Change and Training Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training and change management strategies that facilitate the effective transition and adoption of new processes, systems, and cultural initiatives within the organization. This role will require strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Skills / Experience (required):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in developing training and change management strategies, preferably within the financial sector.
- Proven track record of driving successful change initiatives and influencing the adoption of new ideas and practices.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, including end-to-end change adoption and cultural alignment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate employees at all levels.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in using learning management systems and other relevant technologies.
Key Responsibilities (will include, but not be limited to):
- Develop and execute change management strategies that align with organizational goals and transformation priorities.
- Design and deliver training programs that enhance employee performance and promote the adoption of new practices and tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand training needs and develop tailored content that supports change initiatives.
- Utilize PROSCI ADKAR and other change management methodologies to guide end-to-end change adoption processes.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of change management and training initiatives, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by effectively communicating the benefits of change to all stakeholders.
- Act as a change champion and mentor to support teams in adapting to new ways of working and embedding new knowledge.
