Location: Henderson, CO, 80640
Contract: 12 Months W2 ONLY
Salary: Competitive

MUST HAVE SKILLS: Configure cellular modems, satellite communication devices. Must have 3-5 years Field Tech experience.

Relocations are welcome- must be relocated prior to starts date

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Technician to join our team. The Field Technician will be responsible for providing on-site support and maintenance for our equipment and systems. This role requires a customer-focused individual with strong technical expertise who can troubleshoot, repair, and install products in various field environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation & Setup: Install and configure equipment, machinery, and systems according to customer requirements and specifications.
• Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including mechanical, electrical, and software problems, to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
• Maintenance: Perform routine and preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure it remains in good working condition.
• Customer Support: Provide on-site customer support, answering technical questions and offering advice on product usage and maintenance.

Typical day:

• Field base in mountain areas
• Monday pickup and configure devices match up with areas and then Tues-Thurs deploys
• In office on Friday for project paperwork, then start next week working on devices
• May stay overnight, covered by the company
• Possible to work remotely on Friday
• Overtime is authorized but doesn t generally require it
• Reimbursed at cost and company vehicle provided

Skills:

• Level 3-5 years experience
• Valid driver license
• Field engineer cellular and satellite modem connections
• Trouble shooting
• Wan Lan
