Your Impact

The Securities Settlements team within Global Markets Operations (GMO) is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to manage settlements for the Americas. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, an aptitude for relationship management, and the ability to drive process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risk.

How You Will Fulfill Your Potential

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the trade lifecycle by collaborating with business units, middle office, legal, compliance, and external parties.
• Manage the transfer of assets from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and resolution of settlement issues.
• Ensure accuracy in transaction processing, showcasing strong attention to detail.
• Identify and address control gaps in the transfer process, proactively recommending and implementing process enhancements.
• Innovate and optimize current settlement processes to drive efficiency and reduce risk.
• Maintain a commitment to excellence in work quality, stakeholder interactions, and client services.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in asset transfers within the financial industry.
• Familiarity with Securities Settlements and the post-trade environment, particularly within the Americas.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in financial services preferred.
