Title: IT Operations Technician
Contract Length: 6 months
Location: Tampa, FL
On Site Work
Onsite M-F 9am - 6pm (hours may vary on work load & tasks)
Pay: 55-65
Position Overview:
- Must pass a NERC BG
Requirements:
- 6-8 years of experience supporting the Operational roles of new and existing network Devices
- Experience with Cisco routers, Switches and Wireless Access Points
- Experience Monitoring and responding to alerts and outage conditions
- VMWare

- Device configuration: Installing and configuring network devices like routers, switches, and load balancers.
- Network maintenance: Performing routine checks, updates, and patching to maintain network stability and performance.
- Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving network issues, including connectivity problems, slow performance, and security breaches.
- Security implementation: Implementing network security measures like access controls, encryption, and intrusion detection systems.
- Performance monitoring: Tracking network performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimize network usage.
- Responsibilities: Perform operational roles and support techs on BOC projects
Salary : $55 - $65
