Job Title : Lead Art Director Location : Richmond, VA Duration : 12 monthsRESPONSIBILITIES : Design creative for a range of print and digital channels, including email, web, direct mail, display, and social media. Partner with Creative Directors and Project Managers to define intent, brief teams, and deliver marketing that cuts through the noise. Support project teams throughout the creative process, from development to review and approvals. Collaborate with marketing strategists and internal business clients to positively influence marketing strategy and the customer experience. Use evidence and data to ground the creative decisions. Demonstrate expert knowledge of advertising and marketing trends and translate business intent into creative strategies and executions that market products effectively.
