Job Overview :
We are seeking a Senior Lead Product Owner – Workday Payroll to support the Human Resources (HR) Transformation & Products Team . In this role, you will collaborate with HR and business leaders to develop and execute solutions for complex payroll-related challenges. You will be responsible for shaping the US Payroll product vision, roadmap, and solution delivery while driving innovation in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as a strategic consultant for complex business and technical needs within Product Management.
- Develop and implement initiatives that drive efficiency and transformation in Workday Payroll.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to identify challenges, recommend solutions, and influence decision-making.
- Lead product vision, roadmap development, and execution for US Payroll solutions.
- Provide expert guidance to senior leadership on innovative payroll and HR product solutions.
- Engage with cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed environment , ensuring smooth delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Use Agile methodologies to manage product backlog, prioritize features, and drive iterative improvements.
