Location: Minneapolis, MN - Hybrid - 3x on site and 2x remote
Duration: 12 months possible extension
Pay Rate: $60-70/hr. W2. W2 only, sorry we cannot do C2C
Qualifications & Description:
Must have experience: Product Owner, Workday, Payroll, Agile (5-7 years of experience)
Senior Lead Product Owner, Workday Payroll, to supp the Human Resources (HR) Transformation & Products Team!
This is an exciting opportunity to partner with HR and business leaders across the company to tackle complex problems and develop solutions.
This role is responsible for the US Payroll product vision, roadmap, and delivery of solutions.
This individual must be a strong collaborator with exceptional interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills. Success in this role requires the ability to thrive as a hands-on independent contributor, yet the ability to leverage leadership acumen to build credibility and direct matrixed resources in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
Salary : $60 - $70
