Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Analyst to support the Third-Party Distributor Due Diligence Program within our team. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional who can collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to execute due diligence reviews while ensuring compliance with the firm's Global Framework for Due Diligence. The position requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of financial markets, and excellent communication abilities to manage distributor onboarding and ongoing monitoring effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct due diligence on new and existing Third-Party Distributors and other Intermediaries.
- Develop expertise in the Firm’s Global Framework for Due Diligence and apply it to daily operations.
- Manage the end-to-end due diligence process, from initiation to agreement execution.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to secure necessary approvals during reviews.
- Support special projects, including automation initiatives and new business lines.
- Partner with Sales teams to ensure a seamless distributor onboarding experience.
- Conduct red flag reviews, dealer terminations, and report monitoring as needed.
Top Skills & Experience:
- Due Diligence & Compliance – Experience with Client Onboarding, Customer Identification Programs (CIP), and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes is a plus.
- Financial Markets & Trading Counterparts Knowledge – Understanding of financial products and industry structure.
- Communication & Stakeholder Coordination – Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise across multiple departments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred), 2 Years of experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in client service and onboarding processes within financial services.
Salary : $30 - $33
