Job Summary : SAP ABAP lead developers should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in the ABAP programming language, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Note : Experience with S4Hana migration and might be using smart shift
Responsibilities :
An SAP ABAP lead developer's responsibilities include :
- Research and design : Research, analyze, and design SAP software applications and data processing requirements
- Development : Develop code, conduct code walkthroughs, and ensure all standards are met
- Testing : Plan and execute unit testing, string testing, and integration testing
- Documentation : Develop user documentation and technical specification documents
- Collaboration : Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Communication : Communicate complex data into simple and precise language for the rest of the company
- Monitoring : Monitor the development on a daily basis to maintain the delivery schedule
- Adaptability : Adapt existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems
