Job Title: Senior User Experience Designer
Contract: 12 Months
Hybrid Schedule
Location: Plano. TX
Experience:
- 6-8 years of experience (preferably at the enterprise level)
Skills & Tools:
Must-have:
- Figma (advanced features: auto layout, responsive design)
- Ability to consume and apply research insights
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with design research tools, such as: UserTesting
- Dscout
- UserZoom
- Optimal Workshop
- Understanding of human-centered design
- Background in insurance or financial services (not required, but a plus)
Portfolio Expectations:
- In-depth case studies demonstrating thought process and impact
- Clear rationale behind design choices
- Ability to articulate design decisions in relation to user needs and business goals
