Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Engineer to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining ServiceNow solutions while ensuring compliance with risk management policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement solutions within ServiceNow.
Perform ServiceNow Development, including scripting, configuration, and integrations.
Utilize JavaScript (2-4 years) for front-end and back-end development within ServiceNow.
Work with Node.js (<1 year) to enhance platform functionalities.
Conduct Risk Assessments, Risk Control, and Risk Management to ensure regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ServiceNow solutions with business needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow configurations and workflows.
Required Qualifications:
4-6 years of experience with ServiceNow and ServiceNow Development.
2-4 years of experience with JavaScript for customization and automation.
Basic exposure to Node.js (<1 year) for backend enhancements.
Experience with Risk Assessments, Risk Control, and Risk Management (<1 year each).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer).
Experience with ITSM, ITOM, or ITBM modules in ServiceNow.
Familiarity with REST API integrations within ServiceNow.
