Job Description
A Content Strategist is a skilled professional responsible for promoting services or products to customer through multi-channel campaigns. Works with marketing and requires experience building and managing communication campaigns to achieve company goals.
Responsibilities
- Plans for the creation, approval, delivery and governance of copy and messaging content across multiple channels and formats, including landing pages / websites, IVR, social media, digital, blogs, internal channels.
- Creates, optimizes and edits content to align with SEO best practices and brand guidelines.
- Creates content for accuracy, brand voice, readability and comprehensiveness as well as consistency.
- Supports partners within Marketing, Marketing Communications and other key stakeholders across the organization in the creation, delivery and editing of content across earned, owned and paid channels.
- Plan social media strategy for paid campaigns on various social channels.
- Create and execute emails to promote program.
- Build and present reports on campaign performance, with insights and recommendations for the future
