Job Description: Desktop Field Support
Responsibilities:
- Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot devices with Windows 7, 10, and 11.
- Utilize a strong knowledge of Active Directory and group policies.
- Proficient in the MS Office Suite.
Essential Skills:
- Solid troubleshooting capabilities with various security tools such as antivirus, CrowdStrike, StealthBits, and EnCase.
- Strong understanding of business hardware/software troubleshooting.
- Comprehensive knowledge of computer imaging processes and deploying computers including domain joining.
Qualities Sought:
- Positive attitude and flexibility to work off hours, if needed.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in clinical areas and large enterprise hospital environments.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to tasks.
