Job Title: IT Solutions Analyst
# of openings: 1 Start Date: 3/10/25 Duration: 3-6 month contract to hire
Location: Beachwood, OH (3000 Auburn Drive 44122). Hybrid schedule, 3 days remote 2 days in office (Team is in on Tuesday and Wednesday but there is flexibility on the days in office)
Interview Process Step 1: Teams interview with Director (30-45 min), Step 2 with other members TBD (onsite preferably if candidate is local, will do Teams if not local). Step 3: possible interview with VP but may not happen if Director and team are in unison with the candidate.

- Any WMS (Blue Yonder preferred but not required)
- Soft skills: ability to communicate verbally and via Teams/email. This is close knit group

Job Description :
Role: IT Solutions Analyst
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Programming Languages: Must have strong experience in SQL
- System Experience: Proven track record with a Warehouse Management Systems; experience with Blue Yonder desired but not required
- Development Lifecycle: Deep understanding of the full system development lifecycle, from development to deployment and maintenance.
- Technical Documentation: Ability to produce detailed documentation for systems, software architecture, and coding processes.
- Testing Skills: Experience in writing and executing unit and UI tests.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
- Project Management: Knowledge of technical project management and ability to lead medium to large-sized projects.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- DevOps and Automation: Familiarity with DevOps tools and automation processes is preferred.
Other Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years, up to 10 years of relevant work experience.
- Travel: Willingness to travel as necessary.
