Technical Project Manager (Insurance & Third-Party Software Implementations)
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead third-party software implementations and vendor management for a multi-line insurance provider specializing in business property, liability, personal lines, agribusiness, and surety bonds.
Location: Westfield Center, OH (HYBRID – Onsite 3 days/week: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
Duration: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire
What You’ll Do:
Lead third-party software implementations, ensuring seamless technology rollouts
Manage vendor relationships and enforce SLA accountability
Oversee IT projects in the insurance industry, aligning with business objectives
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
Coach teams on Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) for better delivery outcomes
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and priorities
Proactively identify and resolve impediments affecting project success
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in third-party software implementations within the insurance sector
Strong vendor management and SLA enforcement skills
5 years of IT Project Management experience
3 years as a Scrum Master in IT environments
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or SAFe certification preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field
