Summary You will serve as a Financial Management Analyst in the Technical Division of STRATEGIC SYSTEMS PROGRAMS. Responsibilities You will pursue or create certification, qualification, and / or developmental programs and opportunities for self and others. You will assume ownership of processes and products, as appropriate. You will develop plans and techniques to fit new situations to improve overall program and policies. You will present briefings to obtain consensus / approval. You will promote and maintain an environment of cooperation and teamwork. You will lead and guides others in formulating and executing team plans. You will anticipate problems, develop sound solutions and action plans to ensure program / mission accomplishment. You will Identify and optimizes resources to accomplish multiple projects’ / programs’ goals. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 pay band (or GS-11 equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following : Monitoring changes in program funding to resolve issues on financials, maintaining and adjusting budget phasing plan estimates for assigned organization programs, and reviewing financial plans to ensure expenditures remain within approved funding.
