Role Description
We are hiring a full-time QA engineer to join our small team at Strategic Systems and Technology. In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring product quality through exploratory and automated testing. As a QA Engineer, your responsibilities will include conducting exploratory testing, creating and executing test cases / scenarios, writing and maintaining automation scripts, and promptly identifying and reporting bugs to support the development process.
QA Engineer responsibilities are :
- Demonstrate flexibility in both manual and automated testing approaches
- Create and execute detailed test cases and scenarios for manual testing
- Build and execute automation scripts using open source tools
- Plan and coordinate testing activities, thoroughly identifying and documenting bugs
- Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
- Perform thorough functional, regression, exploratory, mobile, and cross-browser testing
- Work with QA management and software developers to analyze and ensure product quality is met for approved requirements
- Participate in agile ceremonies and provide quality-related insights

Our office is based in Suwanee, GA, just north of Atlanta, but this position is remote with occasional in-person meetings. An in-person interview is required. Please note that only U.S.-based candidates will be considered, and we do not offer visa sponsorship.
