Desktop Management Analyst
Duration : 12 Month Contract, Client likely converts Temp-Hire depending on job performance.
Location : HYBRID - (Onsite 2 days per week).
Work Location : Indianapolis, IN 46250.
Hours : M-F / 8AM-5PM No weekends or on-call hours required.

Primary duties include, but are not limited to :
- Performs assigned tasks to complete moderate to highly complex customer requests for configuration, testing and / or delivery of desktop software applications and standardized Operating Systems components and patches to production desktops.
- 4-5 Years Industry Experience
- Must have BA or BS Degree.
- Candidate just entering into Systems Administration would be acceptable moving up from Desktop Support roles.
- Candidate will be assisting team supporting over 5,000 Desktops.
- Requires a BA / BS Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study and a minimum of 4 years of information systems related experience with specific background in computer networking or telecommunications.
- Must have 4 years of experience working in Security Configurations and Deployments.
- Must have 4 years of experience with Windows 10 / 11, Virtualization (vSphere imaging and Citrix), Configuration Management (MECM),
- Must have 4 years of experience with Remote Desktop, Office 365, Active Directory, Group Policies, PowerShell, Basic Networking, Strong Communication, and team collaboration.
- Must have 3 years of experience Deploying software and Configurations to Windows workstations.
- Must have 2 years of experience implementing security configurations via group policies as dictated by DISA STIGs.
- Must have 2 years of experience creating software distribution packages in MECM.
- Must have 2 years of experience creating and deploying virtual workstations in vSphere via Citrix.
Certifications : Microsoft Workstation Certifications (Big Plus).
Contractor will have very little contact with end users, but heavy contact within the 5-person support team.
