We are seeking an experienced General Construction Superintendent to lead and oversee multi-family, commercial, and industrial construction projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight: Manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, coordinate, and direct on-site personnel, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Quality Control: Monitor and enforce construction standards and compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations.
- Safety Management: Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures to create a secure working environment for all site personnel.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the project team, clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve project-related challenges in a timely and cost-effective manner.

- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore, PlanGrid, Builder Trend).
- Demonstrated ability to interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings.
