About the Role:
This Inside Sales Specialist position is a fantastic opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our Generator Service Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer support, quoting, and proposal creation, as well as excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage high volumes of work efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing contract entry, work order creation, and navigating client portals
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Collaborating with Territory Sales to develop and implement strategies to increase service volume and profitability
- Efficiently managing a high volume of sales inquiries, proposals, and contracts in a fast-paced environment
What You'll Need:
- Experience in inside sales or similar role, preferably within the generator service or industrial services industry
- Strong background with Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to gather information quickly, communicate next steps and status, and inspire confidence
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage high volumes of work efficiently
