Job Summary :
Strategic Technology Institute, Inc. (STi) is seeking an experienced Training Specialist to join our team for of a contract we expect to acquire in support of the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY&IMF) as it establishes a detachment in Guam (NAVSHIPYD & IMF DET GUAM). The ideal candidate would have experience leading and enhancing training programs for shipboard systems critical to fleet readiness. This professional would also offer project planning / management / testing, estimating, and specification writing, and training support for the following U.S. Navy ship systems : mechanical, structural, electrical, and combat systems.
Responsibilities :
- Training Program Development and Execution :
- Coordinate the identification, development, execution, and evaluation of educational materials and qualification programs.
- Tailor training initiatives to meet the needs of both current and future naval operations, ensuring all training is up-to-date and comprehensive.
- Conduct refresher training sessions to maintain and enhance the proficiency of Guam Detachment personnel.
