• Lead and manage the entire proposal lifecycle, from kickoff to final delivery
• Prepare comprehensive technical volumes, including technical and management approaches, personnel resumes, past performance, and corporate experience
• Manage multiple proposals or task order responses concurrently, meeting strict deadlines

Technical Writing and Editing

Collaboration and Communication

The Technical Writer must demonstrate the ability to understand basic concepts, write technical copy for various document types, and produce high-quality documentation for programs / projects of similar complexity.
