What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Director position at Strategic Thermal Labs?
The ideal candidate will be someone who expects to be the lead “Doer” developing and implementing our overall marketing strategy to significantly impact the company’s growth trajectory.
Role Responsibilities
Develop modern marketing organization with the following, but not limited to, near term and longer term priorities.
Near term priorities:
- Develop and manage outbound marketing across different social media channels.
- Chief storyteller to grow industry thought leadership.
- Establish media relations with key industry publications, communities.
Longer term priorities:
- Leverage new tools across AI, social media and other relevant areas to build a lean, creative, and agile marketing organization.
- Work with sales to develop and manage industry event pipeline for highest customer lead generation.
- Develop and manage a customer-centric marketing platform creating customer advocacy, communities, and experience sharing to drive customer acquisition and repeat for long term.
Essential Role Requirements
- B.S. or higher degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business discipline or B.S. in technical discipline.
- 5 years of experience, demonstrating a track record of increasing responsibilities in product marketing.
- Demonstrated expertise and/or proficiency in at least 5 to 8 of the following areas: Marketing communications; multi-media including social media marketing campaigns; event planning; product marketing; campaign strategies; corporate communications; creative writing; go-to-market strategy; lead generation; online advertising; thought leadership; content development; customer relationship management (CRM); digital marketing; solutions marketing; sales training.
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment, manage multiple projects, collaborate with cross functional teams to solve complex challenges while meeting aggressive but realistic deadlines.
