Strategic Ventures is currently recruiting a CBRN Capabilities Development Specialist to join our team at Quantico, VA. We are seeking a highly qualified CBRN Capabilities Development Specialist to support the development and enhancement of CBRN defense capabilities for the U.S. Marine Corps. The ideal candidate will conduct in-depth analysis of the Marine Corps' CBRN capabilities across the DOTMLPF-P framework (Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership, Personnel, Facilities, and Policy) to assist Headquarters Marine Corps (HQMC) in the capability development process, including documentation related to the Joint Capability Integration Development System (JCIDS).
Responsibilities :
- Analyze and assess the Marine Corps’ CBRN capabilities across DOTMLPF-P to support HQMC in capability development processes
- Assist in the development of CBRN defense and medical acquisition documents for Future Programs of Record (FPoR), including :
Initial Capability Documents (ICD)
