Job Description
Our Client Experience Specialists will work closely with the Advisor team, Client Services and Client Onboarding teams in a marketplace to facilitate the client experience during our client onboarding process. This may include but is not limited to supporting with the collection of all client signatures on required documentation and providing guidance and direction during the client onboarding process.
Responsibilities / Tasks :
The Client Experience Specialist will be expected to follow-through consistently in all efforts, support in building relationships with prospects and clients, and help ensure an effective onboarding process and overall experience for the client. Other daily, weekly, and / or monthly tasks may include :
- Provide exceptional service to new clients during the onboarding process
- Ensure a smooth, positive experience from start to finish by assisting clients with paperwork, addressing concerns and facilitating all aspects of the client onboarding journey
- Prepare new client paperwork and explain all paperwork / documentation to the client
- Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork, ensuring that all forms are accurately filled out and signed
- Provide clear instructions on any required documentation or next steps to prevent delays in the process
- Ensure all client documentation is completed, signed, and submitted in a timely manner
- Track and follow up on any outstanding paperwork, communicating effectively with clients to ensure completion
- Act as the main point of contact for clients during the onboarding process
- Provide prompt responses to client inquiries through email, phone or chat
- Work closely with the sales, account management and operations teams to ensure smooth transitions for clients
- Help foster long-term relationships by providing exceptional service and ensuring clients’ needs are met from the outset

Commitment : 40 hours per week, 8am-5pm with some flexibility in the schedule
Compensation : Starting salary range is $60,000 plus bonus structure, plus benefits.
