Overview
The Recruiting Director is a key member of the agency leadership team, owning the end-to-end process for bringing on new Financial Representatives. S/he will serve to keep other members of the leadership team accountable to recruiting goals, while proactively sourcing candidates through a variety of approaches and maintaining a recruiting process that provides for a world-class candidate experience.

- Passionate about talent acquisition; remaining up to date on the latest trends in recruiting
- Well-organized and able to track multiple candidates at different stages with various team members
What you’ll be doing…
Sourcing experienced and inexperienced candidates through various approaches (i.e. job boards, LinkedIn, career fairs, professional associations, community leaders, etc.)
- Promoting recruiting programs and initiatives within the firm
- Driving a culture of enthusiasm and commitment to recruiting success
- Tracking candidates sourced by other team members and measuring activity against goals
- Interviewing candidates and assessing their fit for the role
- Building and maintaining a recruitment marketing strategy, including social media and email campaigns
- Developing and executing on recruiting events
- Identifying ways to attract diverse candidates and foster a culture of inclusion
- Identifying opportunities for improvement in the candidate experience
