Our Stone Wall Money Management division focuses on Assets Under Management (AUM), providing comprehensive investment solutions and portfolio management services tailored to our clients' unique needs.
We're seeking a Wealth Management Services Manager with active insurance and securities licenses to oversee and manage client relationships within our AUM business. In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their investment strategies align with their overall financial goals. Additionally, providing support to our Transfer Department to ensure a seamless client experience while supporting the operations that drive our wealth management success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and strengthen client relationships, acting as their primary point of contact for all investment and account-related inquiries.
- Guide clients through account openings, asset transfers, and funding processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct portfolio reviews and collaborate with financial advisors to ensure investment strategies align with clients’ goals.
- Leverage your insurance and securities knowledge to provide holistic financial guidance.
- Support financial advisors by preparing client reports, documentation, and investment proposals.
- Monitor client accounts to ensure compliance, accuracy, and alignment with regulatory standards.
- Proactively identify opportunities for cross-selling insurance and investment products, enhancing the overall client experience.
- Facilitate onboarding and transition processes for new AUM clients.
Competencies & Skills Required
- Required: Active Insurance License and Securities License (Series 6, Series 7, or equivalent).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and experience utilizing Zoom for client communications.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently.
- Experience scheduling one-on-one appointments with clients is highly preferred.
