Description
The Intern serves as a member of a project team and provides programmatic support for SCT. The intern will be exposed to many educational opportunities including learning about aspects of a career in management consulting, strategic planning, and talent development.
Duties
Up to 20 hours per week for 6-8 weeks
All housing, transportation, and meals are the responsibility of the intern.

Description
The Intern serves as a member of a project team and provides programmatic support for SCT. The intern will be exposed to many educational opportunities including learning about aspects of a career in management consulting, strategic planning, and talent development.
Duties
- Serve as member of a project team performing consulting engagements for clients
- Conduct data collection and analysis using tools such as Microsoft Excel
- Work with team members to prepare deliverables, including briefings, reports, and communication pieces
- Support meetings, workshops and training
- Other duties as assigned
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program; course work in organizational psychology, human resources, communications, economics, or business preferred
- Keen knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and online communication tools (Teams, Zoom, and similar)
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Basic understanding of responsibilities of working in a professional office environment
- Willingness to learn and apply new skills
- Collaborative attitude and sense of teamwork
- U.S. citizens only - may require ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance
