Our established financial planning firm is looking for a Front Desk / Office Manager to play a key role in running and coordinating the day-to-day operations in our new office in Peoria, AZ. Our formula for success has been to put our customers first and treat them with honesty and integrity. A sharp phone presence with excellent listening skills, a love for customer service, and the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time is required to be successful in this role. Minimum Requirements :

  • 2 years of front reception office experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office and the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Must be able to travel to the Scottsdale office for initial training and as needed, and to run office errands
  • Must be able to work 2-4 evenings per month in support of events
  • Business casual attire
  • HS diploma

Preferred Experience :

  • Certified Notary. Not to worry, we will help you get that cert if you dont have it.
  • Experience in Financial Planning industry
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM

  • Responsibilities :

    Putting client needs first is deeply rooted in our culture and at the core of everything we do. In providing excellent client service you will :

  • Answer phones and direct the caller to the appropriate associate
  • Greet clients in a friendly, warm manner
  • Respond to client inquiries on operations questions
  • Scheduling events
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail / packages
  • Manage office supplies
  • Maintain clean and organized reception area and conference rooms
  • Accurate data entry into database / CRM
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support such as faxing & filing
  • Photocopying
  • Manage site vendors and be POC for property HOA
