Proficiency required in Quickbooks, Microsoft Word, Outlook & Excel, UPS Worldship, and familiarity with web CRM and ecommerce.
1-2 years experience as a team leader.
1-2 years experience in customer sales.

Duties Include
Manage all retail and distribution accounts
· Contacting accounts about scheduled releases.
· Processing invoices & servicing client needs.
· Includes keeping accounts current and pursuit of delinquent accounts.
Manage accounting
· Daily Journal of sales
· Quickbooks invoicing and monthly reports
· Semi-monthly check deposit
Warehouse Management
· Oversee warehouse staff for collation and order processing.
· Review game and shipping supply inventory with warehouse clerk.
Meets with Assistant publisher on weekly basis to review upcoming product releases and other projects beyond daily tasks. Has firm grasp of production schedule for magazines and game products and communicates that to the team.
