Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end program management of multiple large-scale projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain detailed program plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business development, operations, and technology to ensure program success.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of goals, progress, and any issues or risks.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, providing leadership and direction to project teams.
• Track program performance and report metrics to senior leadership, identifying areas for improvement.
• Ensure programs are aligned with Stratejic Relationships' long-term strategic goals and objectives.
• Mitigate risks and resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement in program management processes and methodologies.
• Mentor and support junior project managers and team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• A minimum of 7-10 years of program management experience in a high-growth environment.
• Proven experience managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
• Experience working in technology, information security, or similar industries is highly desirable.
• PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.
