The Opportunity

Stratevi is experiencing an exciting period of growth and is looking for great talent with experience and enthusiasm for artificial intelligence. This role is based in either our Santa Monica, CA or Boston, MA office.

The AI Manager will play a critical role in identifying, developing, and implementing AI-driven solutions to support our client partners. Stratevi has gained experience with AI and has created this new role to focus on embedding AI into Stratevi’s internal operations, optimizing workflows, and developing tools and products relevant for our team and client partners.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Strategy & Implementation: Develop and execute an AI strategy to enhance internal processes and client solutions.
• Workflow Automation: Shadow team members and help integrate AI into Stratevi’s operations where applicable and appropriate.
• Collaboration: Contribute to our internal AI Taskforce and partner with team members to drive AI initiatives.
• AI Ethics & Compliance: Ensure AI solutions adhere to industry regulations, ethical standards, and best practices.
• Innovation & Research: Stay updated on the latest AI advancements and identify new opportunities for implementation.
• Training & Adoption: Lead AI education initiatives within Stratevi to enhance AI literacy and adoption.

Who You Are

You have recently graduated with an advanced degree in science, economics, or business. You have a strong knowledge of AI technologies and tools. You have experience applying or developing AI tools within a business setting. You have an ability to translate complex AI concepts into business-friendly solutions. Experience in consulting and exposure to HEOR, Market Access, and/or Medical Affairs is preferred.

You have a strong academic record, excellent problem-solving abilities, communication skills, quantitative skills, attention to detail and personal maturity. You bring passion, curiosity & creativity to everything you do and are eager to work in a flexible, high-growth environment.

Compensation

The annual base salary for this position starts at $125,000. An individual’s base salary is commensurate with their skills, work experience, education, and training.

In addition to salary, we offer annual bonus incentives, health/dental/vision/life insurance, a 401k retirement and profit-sharing plan, 3 weeks of vacation (increasing by one additional day per year of service), a winter holiday shut down, and a highly flexible work environment, among other benefits.
