Are you a Management Consultant who thrives on delivering measurable results for your client? Stratfield has a great opportunity for a Mid-Level Consultant to join our experienced and highly collaborative team. At Stratfield, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise to analyze complex business challenges, develop strategic solutions, and facilitate their implementations. This position requires a blend of analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.

This is a direct hire opportunity. A qualified candidate must be local to Atlanta as there will be occasional onsite work with our clients. Sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities :

Act as a primary point of contact for clients, understanding their unique needs, and building strong relationships.
Conduct initial assessments to identify client objectives, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with clients to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
Develop innovative solutions and strategic recommendations tailored to address client needs and achieve desired outcomes.
Create comprehensive project plans outlining key milestones, tasks, and resource requirements.
Lead project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to drive project progress and resolve any issues or conflicts.
Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies relevant to consulting services.
Share insights and lessons learned with colleagues to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

What is required :

Bachelor's degree.

Proven experience (3-10 years) in management consulting performing client-facing work.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and generate actionable insights.

Excellent project management capabilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Experience participating in or facilitating business process improvement projects is a plus.
