• First Shift Perks: Work-life balance at its best—start your day early at 6:00 AM and finish by 2:20 PM. Enjoy a consistent, predictable schedule. Occasional early starts of 5:00 AM as needed.

Construction Laborer Summary:

• Be part of the action by helping assemble and construct custom modular homes. You’ll bring your skills in framing, roofing, siding, flooring, and finishing work to life.
• Use construction equipment and tools with the skill and precision of a pro.
• Work closely with your team, following project plans to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Keep the worksite safe and tidy, sticking to all safety regulations and company policies.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Physical Stamina: Construction work can be tough, so you'll need to be physically fit and have great manual dexterity. Expect to walk, stand, lift, kneel, squat, and more throughout your day.
• Construction Know-How: Experience in construction or a related field is required. 
• Team Player: Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others are a must.
• Positive Attitude: A can-do spirit and a commitment to excellence are key.
