Duties and Responsibilities:
- Evaluate Residents and Develop Individualized Treatment Plans.
- Select Activities to Enhance Daily Living Skills and Independence.
- Monitor and Assess Resident Progress, Preparing Detailed Reports.
- Support Rehabilitation of Residents with Disabilities Resulting from Injury or Illness.
- Ensure Confidentiality by Monitoring and Processing Sensitive Information.

Requirements:
- Graduate of an Accredited Occupational Therapy Program
- Current Valid State OT License, Mandatory
