Stratford Manor Rehabilitation & Care Center is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist at our facility, you will play a vital role in helping residents regain independence and improve their quality of life.
The ideal candidate will have a valid State OT License and a graduate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program. Experience in occupational therapy is a plus, but not required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Evaluate residents and develop treatment plans tailored to their needs
- Choose activities to help residents carry out daily routines independently
- Observe and assess resident progress, preparing detailed reports
- Assist in rehabilitating residents with disabilities resulting from injury, illness, or other challenges
