At Stratford Manor Rehabilitation & Care Center, we are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team. As a COTA, you will work closely with our occupational therapists to provide high-quality care to our residents.

As a COTA at Stratford Manor, you will be responsible for:

- Selecting therapy activities tailored to meet the unique needs and capabilities of each resident ">
- Assisting residents with daily activities and monitoring their progress ">
- Providing encouragement and support to residents throughout the rehabilitation process ">
- Collaborating with occupational therapists to establish and modify rehabilitation plans as needed ">
- Supervising residents during therapy sessions to ensure proper execution of activities ">
- Reporting resident progress to occupational therapists and contributing to the development of effective treatment plans ">
