PTA - Physical Therapist Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled PTA to join our Therapy Team as part of our commitment to delivering exceptional care to our residents. As a PTA, you will work under the guidance of a licensed PT to provide comprehensive physical therapy services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and record resident motor function, strength, and muscle performance.
- Observe and write progress reports on resident activities and outcomes.
- Assist residents in carrying out specific exercises and stretches.
- Treat residents using various techniques, including stretching and massage.
- Help residents use necessary equipment and devices to promote independence.
- Educate residents on proper exercise techniques to strengthen muscles and improve mobility.
- Maintain resident confidentiality and adhere to federal, state, and local regulations.
- Contribute to the overall team effort and goals.

Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
- Current State PTA license.
