Job Title : Business Analyst ( Mandarin / English Must)
Location : Secaucus, NJ
Job Type : Contract (Temp Job)
Work schedule : Normal business hours Monday-Friday
Duration : 3 to 6 Months
Pay Rate : $25-$27 per hour
Responsibilities :
- Prepare project analysis
- Assist in financing project’s calculations, prepare loan summary
- Create payment request based on the invoice received from vendors, contact to accounting department to arrange payment
- Assist in managing insurance matters for equipment
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget process
- Create and perform quality checks in different systems to ensure accuracy and quality
- Prepare monthly report
- Prepare request materials for each project, prepare board meeting materials
- Prepare purchase agreements, maintain communication with vendors, follow up on works related to signing agreements
- Monitor deliverables and ensures timely completion of projects
- Provide business support to both Oriental Equipment Services Inc. and Precise Asset Sourcing, LLC as needed
- Other assigned work duties as directed by Executive Management
Requirements
Education : B.A. Degree
Basic understanding of equipment leasing and / or intermodal industry highly desirable
Bilingual : Mandarin / English Must
Salary : $25 - $27
