Location : Alma School Rd, Mesa, AZ (Hybrid 2 to 3 days onsite)

Job Schedule : Normal business hour Monday to Friday

Pay Rate : $60 to $70 per hour

Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled .NET Developer with a strong background in SecDevOps to join our dynamic and collaborative team. This role will be pivotal in designing, developing, and securing applications throughout the entire software development life cycle. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with both frontend and backend technologies, including

React
Angular
and will actively contribute to ensuring secure, high-performance applications. In addition, proficiency with
Agile methodologies
and database management is essential.

Key Responsibilities :

Full Software Development Life Cycle Participation :

Engage in all phases of the SDLC, from requirements gathering to deployment, maintenance, and iterative improvements, using Agile methodologies for project management.

Frontend Development : Design and develop intuitive, responsive user interfaces using

React

Angular

ensuring a seamless user experience and optimal performance.

Backend Development : Develop and maintain scalable, secure applications using

technologies, including

ASP.NET

NET Core

with a strong emphasis on best practices for code quality and security.

RESTful API Development : Design and implement RESTful APIs with HTTPS security, adhering to industry standards and ensuring that they are both efficient and secure.

Database Management : Work with databases, including

to design, query, and optimize database structures. Ensure data integrity, security, and performance in database-driven applications.

Agile Team Collaboration : Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, contributing to the iterative development of features and bug fixes.

Secure Coding Practices : Advocate and implement secure coding practices, focusing on preventing vulnerabilities like SQL injection, cross-site scripting (XSS), and other common security threats.

Continuous Integration & Delivery (CI / CD) : Leverage

DevOps

tools and practices to ensure seamless integration, automated testing, and secure deployments in line with

CI / CD

pipelines.

Troubleshooting & Performance Optimization : Identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of applications.

Collaboration Across Teams : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, quality assurance, and security teams, to integrate security and performance measures throughout the development lifecycle.

Documentation & Compliance : Maintain thorough documentation of software processes, security measures, and API specifications to ensure clarity, traceability, and adherence to security standards such as

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience : 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on both frontend (React / Angular) and backend (.NET) technologies, and an understanding of

SecDevOps

practices.

Technical Skills :

Proficient in

ASP.NET

NET Core

for backend development.

Experience with frontend development using

React

and / or

Angular

to build modern web applications.

Strong knowledge of

RESTful API

design and development.

Expertise in

and working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL).

Solid understanding of secure coding practices, vulnerability prevention, and cybersecurity principles.

Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g.,

OWASP

NIST

GDPR

DevOps & Agile Expertise :

Knowledge of

DevOps

practices and tools, with experience in creating and maintaining CI / CD pipelines. Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Cybersecurity Understanding :

In-depth understanding of common security vulnerabilities (e.g., SQL injection, XSS) and secure development practices to mitigate risks.

Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills :

Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve technical challenges effectively.

Collaboration & Communication :

Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team and explain technical security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills :

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g.,

Azure

and deploying applications in cloud environments.
